Experiences
Time to practice it.
Some of this work lands best when there is room to try it, slowly, with other people. Workshops and retreats let a talk open into practice, paced for the bodies in the room.

Ways to gather
Formats I bring.
Workshops
Hands-on, sensory-safe sessions built on the Nirmāṇa Arc™ and taught regulate-first. A pen and paper on every seat.
Community groups, conferences, care teams, women’s networks.
Retreats
Multi-day spaces where a talk opens into practice, with pacing built for bodies that need it.
Retreat hosts and multi-day gatherings.
Experience-led gatherings
A single session inside your event, built around what your people are carrying and how much room they have that day.
Wellness and integrative-health events, spas, sensory-sensitive spaces.
What the experiences are built on
The Nirmāṇa Arc™
Four dimensions, taught regulate-first. There is no curriculum. People arrive at different points, so the Arc works as a map, and where you start depends on where you already are.
I
Identity
Your body organizes around who it thinks you are. This is where you set the verdict down and leave the truth exactly where it is.
II
Nervous System
Safety and comfort are two different things. What safety actually reads as in a body, and what more room in there makes possible.
III
Mind
The part of you that can learn something new. A body can relearn safety through practice.
IV
Biology
Your physical body. Food, sleep, air, medication, pain, and what your body needs and isn't getting. Offered as lived experience and education, with no outcome attached.
Everything here lives alongside your doctors, your medicine, and your treatment. Never instead of them. Nothing here claims to alter the course of any disease, and no outcome is promised to anyone. Some resolve. Some learn to go quiet. Both are whole.

At 5:30 I join the panel with Maricruz Carrillo of SUNMUD and Brenda Taylor of Jimbo’s, moderated by Cindy J Lin. The Peri Party Movie Night
4:00 to 7:00 PM · The Well Community for Women, 5500 Grossmont Center Dr, Ste. 195, La Mesa
An evening for women in perimenopause, or wondering if they might be. There’s a screening of the film The M Factor: Before the Pause, then a panel Q&A with local experts, with food, a welcome glass of bubbly, and a room full of women in the same season you are.
I’ll be on the panel answering your questions about what’s actually in your skincare, including the ingredients commonly flagged as endocrine disruptors and where the evidence actually sits. Bring the person at home who has been trying to understand what you’re going through.
Hosted by Sharla Mandere. Tickets $35, or $40 at the door.
The room I built
Rooted & Well™
A room for people who already get it. Come as the whole person, however many names you have been given, and find somewhere that somebody moves toward you. This is where people get witnessed, and where they learn to become their own witness.
You were always worth the room you take up. So take it.
